In March 1999 Foundation de Blinde Schilders started a legal procedure
to make the NS responsible for damage to the europartrain project
by sending faxes to the other participating European Railway Companies.

In August 1999, when we found out that our national collaborators Strukton and NoordNet got blackmailed by the direction of NS not to collaborate with us anymore, we asked the Dutch Minister of Transport for help.
